Lead Director
Josiah & Kenzie have been serving with Chi Alpha since 2017. Josiah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota and is a licensed Pastor with the Assemblies of God. He served with Chi Alpha at the University of North Dakota for 6 years before feeling called to start a new Chi Alpha at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. They have been serving at UNL Chi Alpha since August 2023.
Josiah loves showing and telling college students that nothing compares to knowing King Jesus. He enjoys drinking coffee (black coffee) with friends, reading and listening to theology, doing house projects, and watching/playing soccer!
Kenzie and Josiah have three kids! Selah Wonder (6), Moses Samuel (2), and Malachi Emmaus (7 weeks)

Cailey Barth
Associate Staff
Cailey has been involved in Chi Alpha since 2021 and she has been serving with UNL Chi Alpha since August 2024. She got her degree at Iowa Leadership College in Graphic Design. She then interned with Chi Alpha at the University of North Dakota for 2 years before getting called to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Cailey has a passion for discipleship and seeing others grow in their relationship with Jesus. In her free-time she enjoys photography, hammocking, and drinking matcha on the regular.
