What To Expect

Encounter Jesus
When you come to our Large Group Service, we aim to create a space where you can encounter the power and presence of Jesus right in the middle of campus. We primarily do this through:
1. Worship with song (Ephesians 5:19, Colossians 3:16)
2. the preaching of Christ and the Scriptures (Luke 24:27, 1 Corinthians 2:1-5, 2 Timothy 4:2)
3. Participation in Communion. (Luke 22:19–20, Matthew 26:26–28, Mark 14:22–24, 1 Corinthians 11:23–25)
Our prayer and hope is that every student who attends will encounter God, by the Power of the Spirit, in a real way.
Love One Another
Large Group Service is also a place to connect with old friends, meet new friends and practice the 59 "One Another" commands in the New Testament, primarily expressed in loving one another (John 13:34-35). Our prayer and hope is that every student who visits on a Wednesday night would feel loved and connected to the family of God.
Make Disciples
Large Group Service is a place to come learn about who Jesus is and what he is calling us to; to reconcile the world to Christ by Making Disciples of all nations (2 Corinthians 5:20, Matthew 28:18-20). Our prayer is that each student would feel connected to and responsible for participating in the Mission of God.
